How deposits work.
The deposit is not a fee. It is held against the bottles you have on hand and returned when they come back.
Bottles stay in circulation
Five-gallon bottles are exchanged rather than thrown away. Full bottles are delivered and empties are collected for reuse.

Set empties out before your visit
Leave empty bottles in the agreed spot before your scheduled delivery so the driver can exchange them in a single stop.
Bottles remain our property
Bottles are loaned for the length of your service. Returning them when service ends releases your deposit.

Is there a bottle deposit?

Do you rent water dispensers?
Cooler rental is offered as an add-on when a dispenser is available for your address. Available models, rental terms, and the final monthly price are confirmed before your first delivery.
What happens if I need more water?
You can add extra bottles to a scheduled delivery or move up to a larger plan. Additional bottles are estimated at $12 to $15 each, subject to final supplier pricing.
How do I pause or cancel delivery?
Call or email us before your next scheduled delivery and we will pause or end service. Return any bottles you have on hand so your refundable deposit can be released.
Is there a minimum order?
Recurring plans start at two five-gallon bottles per month. For one-time delivery, a minimum order applies and is confirmed when we verify your address.
