Bottles are exchanged rather than sold, so it is worth knowing the rules before you start service.
Bottles stay in circulation
Five-gallon bottles are exchanged rather than thrown away. Full bottles are delivered and empties are collected for reuse.
A refundable deposit may apply
A refundable bottle deposit of $15 to $20 per bottle may be charged, subject to final supplier pricing. It is returned when the bottles come back.
Set empties out before your visit
Leave empty bottles in the agreed spot before your scheduled delivery so the driver can exchange them in a single stop.
Bottles remain our property
Bottles are loaned for the length of your service. Returning them when service ends releases your deposit.
